Rutting Red and Fallow deer

Sometimes it's worth being out with an expert to help you get the best from the day and from your camera system.

This was a day out with the wonderful Tesni Ward who is one of the superb OM system Ambassadors at Badagate Park Leicestershire UK.

The key was to get close enough to get the pictures WITHOUT any risk of frightening the deer so all of these pictures are taken on the OM1 Mk2 with the 100-400mm lens which is a super lightweight combination whilst also being weather proof

We were out from just after daybreak when a high ISO was needed until early afternoon. The early pictures have been processed with DXO prime noise reduction
